鬼怒川ゴム工業株式会社及び海外関連会社の品質システム認証取得活動状況鬼怒川ゴム工業株式会社は、「お客様の求める品質を満足する商品を提供する」を品質方針に掲げ、１９９９年４月に“ＩＳＯ９００１”の認証を取得して以降、２００１年５月には“ＱＳ−９０００”の認証を取得しました。今後は、グローバルな視点での品質保証の更なる向上、顧客満足度の向上をのため“ＩＳＯ/ＴＳ１６９４９”の認証取得を目指し、活動を進めています。
海外関連会社においては、国内に先駆けて ＩＳＯ９００１、ＱＳ−９０００の認証を取得しました。ＩＳＯ/ＴＳ１６９４９についても、中国、台湾（福州福光橡塑公司、天津星光橡塑公司、中光橡膠有限公司）では、すでに認証を取得しています。日本、北米、タイについても現在、認証取得活動を実施しているところです。
今後、自動車業界の品質システム規格は“ＱＳ−９０００”が２００６年１２月で廃止され、“ＩＳＯ９００１（２０００年版）”をベースに自動車業界固有の要求事項を追加した国際規格である“ＩＳＯ/ＴＳ１６９４９”に移行されます。当社でも国内外ともに、品質保証体制、顧客満足度の更なる向上、更には顧客、鬼怒川ゴム及び海外関連会社の利益の向上を目指し、２００６年までに
“ＩＳＯ/ＴＳ１６９４９”に移行する計画を展開しています。
